Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that Flash Sale items, free gifts, swimsuits, lingerie, and clearance items cannot be returned.

Please keep the delivery payment receipt and provide it to our customer service team for your refund to be processed.

You can mail the package from your nearest post office or call the post office to arrange a pickup.

For items without quality issues, please ensure that they are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging. All returns must be authorized by our customer service team before sending them to our return address.

For items with quality or sizing issues, please contact our customer service with clear photos showing the problem. Once confirmed, we will provide the return address immediately.

Return Process
To avoid delays, please follow the return process carefully:

Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours.

Return the item to the provided return address, and send us the return tracking number and a valid return receipt as proof of shipment.
Refund Information

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and email you within 24 hours. Your refund will be processed within 3 working days after contact is made.
Return Address
Please do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package. This is not the correct return address and will delay processing. Only use the return address provided by our customer service team: support@caldiery.com
Return Shipping Costs
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service. All returns must be shipped at the customer's expense.
