Estimated Delivery Time:
Shipping times begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date the order is placed. Delivery may take longer than expected due to factors such as invalid addresses, customs clearance delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Express Shipping Option:
You may choose Express Shipping at checkout for an additional fee. Please note that Express Shipping requires a valid street address written in English and a contact phone number. Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses.

Customs Delays:
Standard and Flat Rate Shipping may be affected by extended customs clearance procedures, particularly due to heightened security checks. Please allow extra time for delivery in such cases.

Restricted Delivery Locations:
We are currently unable to deliver orders to the following locations:

  • Military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO)

  • Guam, Jersey, Guernsey, Virgin Islands (UK), Isle of Man

  • French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Reunion, Martinique

  • South Africa, India, Philippines, Malawi, Moldova

  • Papua New Guinea, Bermuda, Jordan, Grenada

For U.S. territories, please provide an alternative shipping address.
For customers in Puerto Rico, please select Puerto Rico as the country rather than a state or province during checkout.
